Can I ask a refund for an Item?

The item can be refunded in 2 situations: 1) If the description in the item listing does not match the actual item (in terms of materials or dimentions - for wearable items the cm may differ a little for vestibility ) 2) If the item was not used in any way by the client CUSTOM ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED

May I ask a modification on an item?

Yes of course you can ask it. We can manage a return of the item If it requires massive modifications or I can send additional straps or accessories. Return shipping costs and additional items cost are due by the client

Do you use genuine or faux leather?

I use first choice vegetable tanned italian genuine leather. Every item is 100% Handmade and the focus is on recycled and sustainable materials.
