How to access or download your files

🎁For Digital print 1. Log in to Etsy and click on “You” in the top right corner. 2. Select “Purchases & Reviews” from the drop-down menu. 3. Find your order and click the blue “Download Files” button. Just a quick note: Downloads need to be done on a computer, as the Etsy app doesn’t support file downloads. 🎁For Invitation Templates After you place your order, an access link will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Using that link, you can edit your template directly and download the final file once you're done. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have any trouble or questions, feel free to message me anytime!

Where do I print the images?

you can print the files in FedEx, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Staples, Office Depot, and Shutterfly. Also, my shop has partnered with Prints of Love to offer fast, high-quality yet affordable printing plus FREE U.S. shipping! All matte photo papers or card stock papers work for it.

Can I request a print in a different size? Different bible versions?

We offer a free resizing service. Simply drop me a message and I will help you with it.

Please check each listing's description. I provide different sizes for each listing. **It is not possible to resize flash cards. If you want the wall art size, please buy it rather than changing the size of the flash card.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

I’m sorry, but all orders are considered final, so I don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, I truly want you to be happy with your purchase—so if there’s any issue at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll do my best to help and find a solution for you!

My print looks blurry or too light. What should I do?

This can sometimes happen when printing at home, depending on your printer settings. If you're having this issue, feel free to reach out to me! I’ll be happy to adjust the color mode to better suit home printing and email you the updated file.

What should I write in the personalization box?

When you purchase an item, you'll see a required personalization box during checkout. Please open the box and read the important notes I’ve included for customers. After reading, simply type "Yes" to acknowledge the information and proceed to checkout. Make sure to read everything carefully before purchasing—thank you!
