Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after I recieve the payment.

I ship to the address on the Etsy invoice, so please be sure your Etsy address is current and correct.

All purchases will be shipped with first class mail. If you would like Priority or Insured Mail, please contact me and I can send you an updated invoice. Any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs that may by incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of individual countries and are payed by the buyer.

Once the item is shipped, it is no longer in my hands. Therefore, if it is lost in the mail, I cannot refund you as it was out of my reach. I will always do everything I can to find a missing package. I have never had an item missing in the mail, so don't worry!
