Is Shipping free and safe

Yes we provide worldwide free shipping. All the paintings are rolled up carefully and packaged in a hard tube (unstretched/ unframed ) its fully safe and u get it stretched or framed and we use best shipping companies for the shipping so that it can reach u safely like Ups ,Fed ex , DHL, Tcs, etc. We provide tracking number after shipping is done.

How do I track my order

You can track your order package by using the tracking number provided in your Etsy order confirmation or on the courier's website. You will receive the tracking number via email once the item has been shipped. U must add your contact number in your order so the courier company can contact you if needed.

Your hands must be clean before handling the canvas. Please wipe your painting with a dry cloth if ever needed never use chemical cleaners to clean your painting. Do not place anything top of your canvas and don't lay your canvas front facing down. How to tighten a loose canvas painting if over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and saggy u can try the following step Spray an even fine mist of clean water on the back of the canvas the canvas will tighten up when it dries. Never hang your canvas painting outside in areas of high humidity or extreme heat.

Is painting framed or unstretched

All the paintings are unframed. Your painting will be delivered unstretched roll canvas packed in a solid tube which is 100 % safe. You can get it framed or stretch and it will be in its original flat state.

You can decide to frame it or simply stretch it at any of your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both ways.
