Seller responded quickly and politely, and it was customized exactly to my specifications. Image is clear and engraving on the base is spot on. It smells REALLY bad though, like bitter, burnt plastic. And the smell stays on my hands after touching it. Hopefully it goes away over time, but its a little overwhelming to be near at the moment.
