This is basically y2k bratty version of classic velvet skater school girl style mini skirt. Skirt features zipper closure, the buckle detail is non detachable. All diamante beads are intact, metal elements are of high quality and show no discolorations or damage. Garment is in superb condition with barely any signs of wear and age. Dry clean only, it was freshly dry cleaned recently and is ready to wear. Truly superb quality piece that will last.
