How are my items shipped?

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. - UK standard orders are sent second class (2-3 working days) and don't have a tracking number. Please contact me if you need it sooner. Uk postage upgrades are available at the checkout, choose from First Class or express next day delivery. - International orders are sent international standard and usually take around 7-14 working days depending on location. Again these are sent untracked. If you wish to purchase tracking, please contact me before you order.

How long do you take to dispatch my order?

Working days are Monday - Friday. Orders are not sent on Saturdays. I aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but this may vary at busy times such as Christmas, or if I'm away (which will always be displayed clearly on my page.) Please get in touch if you need something sent ASAP, and I can try and accommodate you. If you need something next day for delivery on a Saturday, get in touch.
