It is my goal to process, package and ship your order within 48 hours to make sure you recieve you items as soon as possible. Tracking info is updated the minute I print out a shipping label. After your order is shipped, I cannot be responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable. What a beautiful patch. My daughter loved it as her AOL gift. As a long time patch collector, I was amazed at the quality and detail put into this patch. The only down side was that it came with a stick-on back, as advertised, and Kim could have easily made it without a back for me had I thought to ask. Next time... Thanks for an awesome patch. I'll be back for more for sure.
