Not sure if this was a tin to hold candies or an actual toy drum or a container with toys inside.
Sometimes these old drums have springs attached to one end to the other to make it look more realistic but this does not. https://www.polarityrecords.com/toy-drums-and-percussion.html
It may have been a kids toy since the other side of the drum has pen marks on it and both have indentions on top like it was hit with drumsticks.
One end comes off like a lid and the other is stuck tight - also not sure if it was suppose to come off.
I am estimating between 40s to 60s for age.
It would make a great Christmas decoration for a kids room or storage for craft items.

Measurement: 3" tall by 5" diameter
Condtion: preowned, NO Drumsticks, has crazing on the lid paint, there is some paint missing in areas around rim and on top and base of drum, dents on the side of the lid, do not know if it is a toy since there is no drumsticks, not sure if it is a tin for storage because no writing on it, tops are dented in small spots like it was hit by drumsticks.
