The diamond itself is great, looks really nice and unique when in the light. Arrived earlier than anticipated which helped put me at ease for our upcoming vacation. The diamond is loose and easily moves so it will need to be taken to a jeweller for the prongs to be adjusted. The band does not look as advertised; the area with the side stones is not raised and is instead pretty flat to the band; due to this you can see a gap between the band and center diamond. The seller said he would send a video of the finished product before shipping but failed to do so because he was ‘in a rush as his vacation was starting and needed to urgently send’. A few pictures/video doesn’t take more than a few seconds to take; frustrating he couldn’t deliver on a promise he offered to do. Wouldn’t order for this seller again

sorry for inconvenience but Before we shipped, we tested the ring prong setting. At that time, everything was alright. We also packed the ring well, but we don't know how this prong became loose. We will solve this issue if you find anything wrong with it. Thank you for taking your time to leave this helpful review next time we will work hard to achieve 5 star for our growing shop Thank you

My fiance is totally obsessed with her ring. The communication with the shop was very prompt and professional and the shipping time was very reasonable (considering it's coming from overseas). We just had the ring appraised at a little over double what I paid for it, so truly a remarkable value.
