Welcome to our custom pet portrait listing! If you're looking for a portrait that truly captures your pet's unique and hilarious personality, you've come to the right place.

-- ORDER DIRECTIONS --

1. Select the desired size from the drop-down menu.
2. Write down your pet(s) name (optional) in the personalization box below.
3. Make your purchase.
4. Send us a clear, high-quality photo of your pet via Etsy messages (look at the photo guidelines in the image gallery). We'll use this photo as a reference to create your custom portrait.
5. After I complete the order, I'll email you the portrait to the email address associated with your Etsy account. You are welcome to send me an alternate email if you want it emailed somewhere else.

-- IMAGE GUIDELINES (look in image gallery) --

1. Eye level and straight on
Getting down to the same level as your pet will make it easier to capture your pet up close and when they’re looking straight at the camera.

2. Natural lighting is key
Natural light always results in the best photos, try taking your pet’s photo in the morning, early evening, or in a well lit room.

3. AVOID sending blurry or dim photos, photos with other people and animals in frame, and taking the shot from overhead.

Please be aware that a poor quality photo (blurry, noisy, dark shadows, dark, low resolution, bad angle) may result in a poor quality portrait.

It's your responsibility to send us a good photo to work with. If you don't provide such, you have to agree that the result won't be as great as high resolution one or take another one that meets requirements.

**I don't allow any edits for these portraits.**

You will get a JPEG file of the portrait that will print in your chosen size.
