If I wish to return an item, must I do so right away?

If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 24 hours of Tracking showing that your package was Delivered. You must then postmark it back to me within three (3) business days of receiving it, and you must provide me with a Tracking number. It must be returned to me in the same condition it was received.

If an item is broken in transit, must I return it to you?

Please contact me immediately if your item was broken in transit, and I will work out a resolution with you.

Return/Refund on Sale Items

My shop does allow returns for all items except books or fabric items.

I typically process orders within 24 hours after receiving them. If you wish to cancel, it must be done within 6 hours of placing your order. An order cannot be cancelled after the carrier has received it.

All shipping is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise in the listing. If shipping is overcharged, any overpayment is reimbursed to the customer after I have processed your order. If customer wishes to return an item, customer is responsible for return shipping. Some packages ship more economically via UPS or USPS Ground Advantage as opposed to USPS Priority. (Ground Advantage typically takes a few more days to be delivered.) In either case, unless you specifically select USPS Priority, the less expensive means will be utilized, and you will receive a refund of any shipping overcharge after I have processed your order.

If a package is returned to me as undeliverable:

If your order is returned to me as undeliverable or refused, you will be refunded 90% of your merchandise total (not including tax or shipping) upon receipt of the package assuming the product is in its original condition. You will not be reimbursed for shipping since the carrier will not reimburse me.

Price Matching or Refunds on Previous Purchases

My shop does not offer price matching. Previous orders are not discounted/refunded when/if my shop runs a sale after your purchase.

*Beautiful Mats Jonasson crystal paperweight is in excellent condition being free of chips, scratches, cracks, etc.
*The paperweight is full lead crystal with a textured outer edge. It is about 4-1/2" tall, 3-3/4" wide and 1" thick.
*It is signed "MJ Sweden 3501".
