Proofs are sent only upon request. These are not automatically sent out due to our high volume and quick processing time. If you are unsure about a font style or color combination please ask! We will be more than happy to send you a sample picture before processing your order. Items are non refundable if they arrive and you are not happy with a font style/color combination and a proof was NOT requested. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Items/Returns

If an item arrives damaged please take a picture of the damaged item. The carrier will need a picture for a claim to be submitted through the carries correct carries website. We need to be notified within 3 days of the packaging showing it has been delivered to you. We do not accept returns as stated at the time of purchase. These are custom made items specifically for you! If you have a concern with your item we must be contacted within 10 days of arrival date documented in Etsy. We can discuss what the concern is and will need pictures provided. After 10 we will not issue a refund for any reason. For approved returns only there is a 15% re-stocking fee as these are personalized items.
