WORST experience with an Etsy sale. Bought the jacket in the photo. The model was close to my height and about 20lbs heavier. The fit looked right so I took a risk and ordered it. Once it arrived it was disappointment from first touch. It was supposed to be Sherling; it was dense, scratchy, and felt like plastic. Either cheap Sherling or synthetic. No label to identify either. Also felt snug. I had another person feel it, and they said, "What a shame. Doesn't feel real." I reached out to the seller. They put me at fault for not measuring my body then offered to do an "exchange" while dodging my desire to return it. I said again I wanted to return it and they said "you will have to pay for the return label." I measured the box and priced USPS and it'll be $80+ to send back; more than half the value of the jacket. Awful.
