I purchased the pillow/cushion for my niece as a gift so that she remembers me while I'm on holiday. I was quite apprehensive about purchasing at first but as soon as I opened the package I loved it! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cushion. Very soft and the stitching is seamless. The picture that I sent was also put on the cushion very well, great workmanship! Customer service was very good, they responded to my questions quite fast and were very helpful. The cost is a bit much but I definitely don't regret my purchase. Would recommend. P.s: The photo of the cushion doesn't do it justice and the wrinkles are there because I took the photo right after I had unpacked it (they fold it up to package it) I was apprehensive about my purchase because of the photos that others uploaded. Don't be put off by it.
