Shipping & Delivery 1) I have received a card/gift but I don't know who sent it?

Usually the sender will add their name to the order, but if it's been left blank then please do get in touch. You can get in touch with us by using our Contact Us form or via e-mail at contact@beeyoutifulgifts.co.uk. We take Data Protection very seriously so we won't be able to give you any customer information. We can however contact them and ask them to make themselves known to you!

Shipping & Delivery - 2) Royal Mail Strikes

During Royal Mail strike dates, there will be delays to ALL deliveries. We do not dispatch any orders the day before a Royal Mail strike date. Unfortunately these delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond our control so all we can do is advise you to order early where you can.

Shipping & Delivery - 3) Help! My order has arrived damaged.

Oops! We’re very sorry to hear this! We pride ourselves on using good quality packing materials to keep things protected, but we cannot always control what happens in transit. All of our greeting cards and gift vouchers are wrapped in cellophane and then placed and posted in hardbacked envelopes. They all have a clear "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" printed on the packaging. All other items are posted appropriate cardboard smash-proof mailing boxes and then wrapped inside mailing bags. We add bubble wrap where necessary. Please tell us as much detail as you can about the damaged item you've received - pictures of the damaged item and its packaging sent

Shipping & Delivery - 4) Help! I’ve received someone else’s order by mistake.

Oops! We’re very sorry to hear that there’s been a mix-up. Our greeting cards and gifts are packed by hand so unfortunately, on very rare occasions, incorrect packing is subject to human error. Please use our online form to Contact Us or send us an e-mail (contact@beeyoutifulgifts.co.uk). Please tell us as much detail as you can about the item you've received - a picture sent to our e-mail is VERY useful! Also include your order number so we can rectify the issue.

Shipping & Delivery - 5) My order has not arrived and I think it's lost in the post. Can you track my item?

UK Orders For Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class delivery - unfortunately we cannot track the location of your item as this is an untracked service. For Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Signed For & Tracked 24 Hours - we can use the barcode to find the last scanned location of the item using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service. International Orders We do send all International Orders via Royal Mail with two options, International Standard & Tracked (This is an upgrade) Although the aim is to deliver within 6-7 Working Days International orders can be subject to delays and can in some rare cases take up to 28 working days for World Wide Orders We are not responsible for delays outside of estimates We recommend upgrading to a tracked service
