Once you place your order, Three Mile Creations will send you a mock-up design of your sign for your inspection and approval. Please be sure to check your Etsy messages within 48 hours to view your initial custom design. If you require any changes or modifications, this would be the time to do it. Orders will not be processed without the customers explicit approval.

Rick and Erika were responsive to requests and always kept me in the loop with the status of my purchase. After the initial work was completed, Rick sent a photo of the near-complete product. After that, they noticed an issue with the engraving and, rather than send an inferior product, remade everything, keeping me in the loop the entire time.
