Items that are personalized with your name cannot be resold. Once you and I determine a customized item and I begin work on that item it is no longer returnable, unless damaged in transit. Please contact the shop via conversation (shop email).

If it is an intimate item is is not returnable due to hygienic reasons.

If an item requires a size - examples a ring, a bracelet, a bridal item. I will ask you to send me a Conversation (Etsy Email) and we will determine the size you request. It will then be a custom item for you specifically.

All Items will come with Care instructions. If you would like to know prior to purchase, please use the Etsy Conversation System (Etsy email)

I will gift wrap and item for you if you are buying a gift. Please send me an Etsy Conversation. Thank you!

Any Custom Items require 50% up front and I will make you a custom listing. for you in the shop with your name on it. You and I must agree upfront on time frames and based on how many custom items I am working on at the time. I am very happy to work with you. I am very able to work with you on Bridal Party Items and Bridesmaids items
