Will I receive a Physical Product?

No. All the items in our shop are printables that you can print and use on your own. From graphic files, to party packs to printable resource guides. All items are digital, and available as a digital download upon purchase.

Do I need Software to Download your Products?

Each item requires a certain type of software, or a printer to use. SVG and PNG files can be opened and modified in Cricut Designspace, Silhouette, and other design programs. While PDF files may need Adobe Acrobat Reader to be opened. Be sure to check your software at home prior to purchase.

Do you accept Returns, Exchanges and Refunds?

No. Due to the nature of digital items we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

Are your items for Commercial Use?

No. Digital files in our shop are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. As such you can use for your DIY projects, home decor, travel agent business etc. You cannot re-sell our files in any way after purchase.

Are you the Copyright Holder of your designs?

Yes. All graphics, printables, resource guides, etc. are designed by us at Polka Dot Pixie Shop and are copyrighted to Polka Dot Pixie Co LLC. We do not buy and resell graphics from others. We do not use AI. All artwork and graphic design is our own.

OBSESSED. Ran my second Dopey this year and had planned to wear this for medal pics. But the weather had other plans. So I WILL be taking photos in this next time I go and yes with all my medals, a month late! Hehe. So cute.
