Our pieces are made of wood and each sign will use a variety, Some of the wood we offer include but are not limited to: baltic birch, aspen, maple, oak, red oak, canadian birch, pine and walnut

we ask that you contact us with your song request and the section you want used, but if an order comes in and we don't hear from you, in an effort to ship out on time, we will choose the most varied section of the song noted as they make the best art pieces.

each piece is measured in length, the longer the length the more pieces we can fit. some lengths are very difficult to ship, in that event, they may ship in 2 pieces and will involve a very simple step at arrival to attach them together

After applying your decal to the desired surface please allow it to cure for 3 or more days before washing.

For all Vinyl products, please ensure you are handwashing with a non-abrasive pad and detergent. Vinyl is not to be used in a dishwasher, or left in a hot car as the adhesive may begin to melt causing damage to your decal.

based on the date your item is marked as dispatched/shipped if you are in North America you can expect arrival in 1-2 weeks, international countries can expect arrival in 3-5 weeks. If you would like a date range if arrival please send me a message I would be happy to provide it!

Gift wrapping is available at a fee. When you place an order that you want gift wrapped, we gift wrap the item, then package it so that the gift wrapping is not damaged in transit.

Art Prints: padded envelopes with cardboard support
Silicone Molds: padded envelopes or box depending on size
Jars/cups/bottles: boxed and wrapped in paper or bubble wrap

Packaging is chosen based on affordability and reliability for your item, if you would like your packaging changed, please reach out, we are happy to accommodate requests, however please note packaging changes may affect shipping costs for you.

In addition to specific items being ineligible for returns, items that have been returned with prior notification and approval will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, this cost is associated with packaging and shipping fees related to the parcel that was shipped out. A refund will only be processed once the item is received in it's original unused condition
