- the purchase of this license does not transfer copyright. All copyrights remained with WitandGlitterCo. We are giving you permission to resell our designs as physical copies.
- you must keep a record of the receipt OR this document as proof of sales license on our products. You must keep a copy for your records for proof of permission to sell this file as a physical product.
- This is for a single set of bookmark files. This does not cover commercial use for more than ONE item. We reserve the right to file copyright claims if you do not comply with purchasing a license for all intended items sold.
- You CANNOT resell any of our digital products as any other digital product. That includes: digital bookmark sets, PNG files, SVG cut files or any form of digital products.
- You may not resell the design file itself.
- if you do not proceed with the following conditions above, we reserve rights to file for copyright infringement. We will reach out to you first to make sure it’s an honest mistake. If we do not hear back we will have to proceed with further steps.
