Sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat, pressure, and time in order to transfer dye onto various substrate materials, such as: fabrics, tumblers, mugs, glass can jars, mouse pads, etc. Once sublimated, the design becomes a part of the material itself, providing a vibrant and long-lasting print.

Can your digital designs be resized?

Yes, absolutely! While our digital designs are created to be high quality PNG files, you can always resize them within reason. While they are best used in their original size format, they can be easily sized down. However, we personally DO NOT recommend enlarging the designs too much bigger than the original design size because it may lead to the loss of quality and integrity of the image.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to “Your Account” Go to “Purchases and Reviews” On your “Purchases” screen, under the “Delivered” tab, click the black “Download Files” button. This will take you to your Downloads page for all the files that are attached to your order. Click “Download” to begin downloading your digital designs. Note: If the “Download Files” button appears gray and you are unable to proceed to your Downloads page, it means that your payment is still currently processing, and your digital designs are not yet available to download. If you have any questions or need help finding your designs, please let us know so that we can assist you with your order.

What if I purchased a digital design, but I don't have an Etsy account?

No problem! If you purchased a digital design as a guest, you can find the link to download your digital designs in the receipt email that Etsy sent to you after your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive your Etsy confirmation email within a reasonable amount of time. If you don't receive a confirmation email and need further assistance, please reach out to us and let us know so that we can assist you.

I haven’t received my digital designs yet, and I have already paid. What should I do?

All digital downloads are released directly and immediately after purchasing, once your payment has been processed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for Etsy to finish processing your payment. If this happens, don’t worry. Just give it some time until your digital download becomes available, or until you receive your confirmation email. Occasionally, Etsy may put a security hold on processing your payment, which may also delay file availability until your payment has been fully processed and cleared. Sadly, this is out of our control. If this happens to you, please reach out to us so that we can work with you and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I’m having trouble downloading my digital designs. What do I do?

Please make sure that you are logging into your Etsy account via your mobile web browser or computer in order to begin downloading your digital designs. Digital designs cannot be downloaded via the Etsy app. If nothing happens when you click the download link, it’s possible there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons, ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. The type of file you’ll be downloading will be listed under the “Highlights” section of the digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open it.

Why did I receive a link to a Google Drive? Is it safe to use?

Yes! Any Google Drive links that we personally send you are completely safe to use, and are used for business purposes only. Due to Etsy’s 20MB file size limitation, some designs may be too large to upload the standard way and will require the usage of a Google Drive in order to ensure the best quality resolution for your digital designs.
