It's very easy! After purchasing, simply click the "Message Seller" button or "Contact" button on my shop page and attach your photo(s) there. If you have any trouble, feel free to message me!

Will I receive a physical item in the mail?

No, this is a DIGITAL FILE ONLY. No physical product will be shipped to your address. You will receive a high-resolution image file via Etsy messages or email.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

My turnaround time is very fast! You will usually receive your proof/final file in less than 24 hours. If you need it even sooner for a last-minute gift, please message me first. 💌

What kind of photo works best?

High-resolution, well-lit photos work best. Ideally, the face should be clearly visible without heavy filters or shadows. Selfies are fine if they are clear! If I think a photo won't work well, I will let you know before starting.

What size can I print the artwork?

I provide high-quality files at 300 DPI (Standard: 16x20 inches or A3 size). However, if you need a specific size (like for a specific frame), just let me know in the "Personalization" box or via message, and I'll adjust it for you for free!
