Can I return my order?

Yes. If you want to return your order, message us and I will make sure you can send your items back for a full refund if the item can be returned according to our policy. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, not ready to be resold as is, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any signs of wear, tear or smell will not be accepted for return. For more info on returns and refund, please read our shop policies above.

I have not received my order yet. Can I get a refund?

We accept returns and offer refunds for qualifying orders. You also have 12 hours to cancel an order after purchasing. After that, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order, as it has been shipped and is out of our control. In that case, please wait to receive your order to request a return. I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Oh no, we are sorry! Message us and we will resolve the situation quickly. If you received the wrong item, we will refund you or offer you a replacement.

I sent you a message but I did not get a reply.

We only answer messages on business days. If this is the weekend, don't worry, we will answer ASAP on monday. We try to answer all messages within 1 business day, but when there are a large volume of messages, you might wait a bit longer to get a reply. If this is the case, don't hesitate to send us another message. Please note that it is always better to message us directly via Etsy as you email may fall in our junk emails.

I did not receive my order yet, why is it taking so long?

Shipping times mainly depend on where you live. It can take from 5 to 30 days for you to get your package. For most clients, it take around 10 days to receive the order. Shipping times are only estimates based on what the shipping carriers tell us. Delays may happen in the transit and we are not in any way responsible for any delay on the shipping side of things. Once your order is shipped, the carrier is 100% responsible for the delivery and the shipping time. However, if your order is late, please contact us and we will help you get in touch with the carrier responsible for your order.

Can I can a tracking code for my order?

If you want a tracking code, you have to choose that option at checkout. If you choose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking code a couple of days after you placed the order, as soon as we receive it. If you have not opted for a tracked shipping method, unfortunately there is none.

Some products are made and shipped from a small village in Hong-Kong by Vivi who is in charge of most of the manufacturing. It does not affect the quality of the product, as we put all our hearts into it. This allows me and Vivi to offer you fast and free shipping (worldwide). It is also possible if the inventory level closest to you does not have your order in stock that you will receive it from another of our small warehouse from another country.

The sizing seems a bit different from the listing. What can I do?

Our products are handmade and some are made of soft and stretchy fabric. This is why the sizing for our products can differ by up to 10% of the listed measurements. Measurements need to be taken with the product in its normal relaxed state. If you receive a product within this range, please note that this is totally normal. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please let us know via Etsy chat and we will be glad to help.

How can I wash my products?

For most of our products, it is recommended to hand wash and let dry in the open. This is to preserve integrity of the product. Using a washing and/or drying machine or repetitive washing may damage your purchase. For more information on a specific item, please contact us via Etsy chat.
