I do my best to fulfill orders ever Monday and Friday. So depending on when you place your order, it will be fulfilled either of those days. Any orders of paper products larger than 11x14 may take additional processing time.

Unless you contact me prior to purchasing your sticker and purchase shipping with tracking, I am unable to provide a tracking number for sticker orders. They ship via an envelope and stamp so please be sure your shipping address is correct to prevent any additional delays.

Unfortunately because of the nature of these transactions, I cannot refund you or send you a new order without first receiving the original order that was sent. I would recommend contacting your local post office first to check if they know where it is. If they are unable to locate it you will need to place a new order to receive your items. But if the original order does get sent back to me I will gladly refund you no problem.
