-Orders are sent out on Mondays and Fridays(Eastern time).
(orders received from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday, orders from Monday to Thursday will be shipped on Friday.)

This option does not include tracking or delivery updates. By selecting this method, you acknowledge the possibility of delays or loss and accept full responsibility for the shipment. Untracked letter mail is not eligible for replacement, refunds or cancellations if delayed or lost. Delivery times may vary, as this service can be unpredictable. Tracked shipping is highly recommended for secure delivery.
*Tracked Shipping: Available for secure delivery. However, once your order is marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.


-EU : Unable to ship to EU due to new GPSR regulation

-International : Your Standard shipping method is a Tracked shipping. No letter mail service is available for International shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
-If you need your order by a certain date, please order (way) ahead of time or use Tracked shipping as Standard shipping(untracked, stamp) can take longer than you expect.(Especially for international orders, a month ahead may not be enough.)

+Paper-based Packaging+
We use paper-based packaging materials. Please reuse them or recycle them. We try to minimize the use of plastic bags. We use glassine bags instead. (They’re not waxed or chemically-finished during manufacturing. Glassine bags are fully recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.)
