𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐒𝐈𝐙𝐈𝐍𝐆 It's true to size, please always double-check the size in the size chart attached in the listing and measure your feet for the best fit. Since it is manually measured, we recommend buying a half to full size larger for added comfort (to leave space for the toe box that allows room for the toes to move comfortably within the shoe).

Bad quality (look cheap) took weeks to arrive and far too small. Wish I’d never made the purchase. Avoid at all costs.

Response from Matilda

We apologize for the inconvenience that we are unable to replace the order placed for the wrong size. 1. We received your feedback that the boots are gorgeous but would like to change the size. 2. We checked that production and delivery were completed ahead of schedule. 3. In the Etsy case, we’re still waiting for you to send actual pictures of the product and for Etsy's decision. Our sizing is in US measurements, and it appears you ordered a UK size. We take pride in our product quality and provide images and videos for clarity. If you have quality concerns, please let us know. Note: You can return items within one hour of placing your order or before we begin manufacturing. We appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue with you.
