Do you create custom designs?

Yes! Please get in touch if you're looking for a unique, custom-designed piece, or a variation on one of our existing designs. We don't create replicas or interpretations of other designers' work.

When will my order arrive?

Most items are handmade-to-order in our UK studio, and can take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks for production and hallmarking. Please see individual item descriptions for full details. If you need an item urgently, please get in touch before ordering, and we'll always try to accommodate rush orders. Ready-to-ship items typically dispatch within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days. International orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks. Please see the Policies section for full details.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To prolong the life of your jewellery, always remember to remove items before bathing, swimming, exercising and sleeping. Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals. Sterling silver and solid gold can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a pH-neutral soap. These pieces can be polished occasionally with a suitable cloth, however over polishing may soften the appearance of textures and hallmarks. Never submerge pieces containing soft stones in water or liquids. Take extra care with 14K gold filled items, as scratches can cause the base layer to show through, and polishing can eventually wear out the outer gold layer. Jewellery items are best stored in individual sealed bags, alongside anti-tarnish tabs.

Will my jewellery be hallmarked?

All pieces that meet the weight threshold for compulsory UK hallmarking will be hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office. Very lightweight pieces, such as infinity rings, stacking rings and lightweight earrings, may not be hallmarked.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Wholesale enquiries are welcomed, and are evaluated on an individual basis. Please be advised that we don't create unfinished, unbranded or unhallmarked pieces to be sold under other brands.

Do you do jewellery repairs?

We offer free repairs for our jewellery for 12 months from the date of dispatch. This excludes damage caused by normal wear & tear, improper care and accidental damage, which will incur a fee. We don’t offer repairs for jewellery made by other jewellers.
