When should I expect my jewelry arrive?

We usually prepare an item within 2-3 days after they are ordered, and they are shipped in 4-5 business days. So you can expect it to be delivered to you within approximately 10 days. (In case of any unexpected incident that may delay the delivery, our customer service is always ready to assist and inform you.)

How can I predict how the jewelry looks on me?

We always list the measurements of our products as cm, inch, and gram in the description. In addition, we added a template on each listing that displays how different sizes of chains look on you. It may vary depending on the wearer, but it can give you an idea.

How can I know my ring size?

There is a printable ring sizer template in each listing. You can use it as a guide. However, we always suggest our customers go to a local jewelry shop to double-check. This will prevent the possibility of mistakes when ordering a ring.

What kind of plating options do you have? How long does it last? Do they wear off easily?

We can make jewelry in oxidized, polished or gold plated finishing. For polished silver, it takes years to lose its shiny texture and when it is worn out, it usually gets a matte finish. And we use the electroplating technique for the gold-plated. This way, we ensure that it lasts longer but as this plating is more fragile, it requires extra care in use. Do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals, and take them off before showering.

Can you add personalization to it?

We can egrave names, letters or dates on some products, but some of our jewelry is not suitable for engraving. You can consult us for a product of your preference.

• Swimming Pool: Chlorine is a harsh chemical, so if you accidentally forget to remove your jewelry before taking a dip, make sure to rinse and clean it well afterward.
• Contact with sweat: Chemicals in our bodily fluids accelerates the tarnish process of sterling silver and may leave colored marks on the skin. The best thing to do is to rinse and dry your jewelry.
• Chemicals in lotions and perfumes can also cause silver jewelry to tarnish.
• Hot Tub: The same idea as the swimming pool, but there's even more chlorine in the hot tub and the heat can accelerate the chemical reaction.
