Please note that all pieces listed in my shop are pre-loved, used vintage items. This means that there may be light wear and/or flaws consistent with each piece's age and use. In the description of each listing, I add details on the condition of every item. I try my absolute best to disclose any chips, cracks, stains, dents, etc. that may be present since my #1 goal is transparency. Rest assured, I do not source items that are in poor condition and only list items with minor flaws. Certain special items are listed in as-is condition and are indicated as such in the listing title and/or description.

Shipments are dispatched from Ontario, Canada within 1-4 business days. All Canada-bound and U.S.-bound packages include tracking details and insurance and are typically shipped through Canada Post or USPS. International parcels are typically shipped through Asendia or APC and tracking is not always included. Please see item description for details. Many orders are shipped via Chit Chats (if not Canada Post) and get routed through the aforementioned carriers. I use a courier (Chit Chats) over the Canada/USA border for many U.S.-bound and International-bound packages to speed up the transit and customs processes. Shipping labels for these parcels will show Niagara Falls, New York, USA as the origin however, the origin is still Ontario.

For Canada-bound and U.S.-bound packages, if you're purchasing multiple items that can be condensed into one package for shipping, I'm happy to discuss a discounted price due to savings on combined shipping. Please message me to inquire about combined shipment discounts! Note: Combined shipping discounts are not applicable where items have been purchased during a shop-run sale.

In order to be as sustainable as we can, we try to reuse as many packing materials as possible. As such, you may receive your items in a box with another brand or item label such as Amazon, Walmart, SEPHORA, etc. Sorry in advance for any confusion! Often times, we will also reuse bubble wrap, tissue paper, ribbon and recycled newspaper. We sometimes even use shredded documents to add extra cushion for breakable pieces. Thank you for your support in minimizing our shop's footprint on the environment!

Items Damaged in Transit

Every order is packed with extra care to ensure that your items arrive safely. However, due to the nature of shipping delicate items, sometimes accidents happen that are out of our control. In the rare occurrence that your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, within 3 days of delivery you must provide a description and photo support of the damage so that an insurance claim can be submitted. You will receive a refund on the broken piece(s). Alternatively, some orders may be eligible for Etsy's Purchase Protection Program. In order to utilize this coverage, you must first submit a Help Request via Etsy and 48 hours later, you can open a case which will be reviewed by Etsy for eligibility under the Protection Program.

Fabulous 14K yellow gold pendant charm with a prominent prong-set genuine turquoise gemstone front and center. This sweet piece is in the shape of an infinity symbol and has a gold loop at the top for easy hanging on a chain of your own. I adore the etched parallel lines that decorate half of the infinity symbol.

The top loop is stamped 14K on the back indicating the gold purity, along with the initials EL which is presumably a maker's mark.

Pendant measures 2.5 cm in length (excluding top loop measurements). Total weight is 1.5 grams.
