OUR • POLICY

• If your jewelry is damaged during the delivery or the wrong item is send, please contact me as soon as possible with the photo or
the video of the piece/s and explain what is wrong. We will accept any returns within two weeks after the delivery.
• Orders going missing or order mark as delivered, but the customer did not receive it, please contact me immediately.
• You will be refunded for the price of the item minus the shipping cost.
• In case of return, please repack your order. Please use the original packaging and include everything that was sent in the box to prevent damage.
