n some very rear situation, happened that painting is delayed or lost.
There are answers for all possible situations. I will always do the best solution to the end that your satisfaction is always 100%.
PACKAGE DIDN'T ARRIVED ON TIME: If your painting didn't arrived as expected, we both will know (because there is tracking #) and wait until 2 and a half weeks. Then, I will let you know if your painting is arriving or not. If your item didn't arrived in more that 3 weeks you will get your all money back.
PAINTING IS LOST IN TRANSPORT: My paintings has insurance so that you will be refunded for amount you spent on the transaction

I make sure to pack your painting with care in custom boxes against any damage or moisture. However, in some very rear situation, happened that painting is arrived damaged.

RETURNS: I do accept returns, if your painting arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED, DEFECTED and REFUNDING: If your painting arrived damaged or defected, please contact me first and send to me photographs of damage or defection. Then send back the painting, packed with care in ORIGINAL BOX. When you ship the item I will need from you POSTAL SERVICE NAME, tracking NUMBER and cost of return shipping. When I get all the information, painting is shipped, and everything is clear, YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY REFUNDED (PAINTING+RETURN SHIPPING COST).

- If I get from you your WRONG ADDRESS OR/AND FIRST OR LAST NAME or any mistake in the address and your name.
- If you are not satisfied with SIZE OF YOUR CANVAS
- If you are not satisfied with colors on the painting. Colors could have small difference form computer to computer. It depends of each computer color settings. If you wish I can let you know exactly what color paint I used if needs and send you more pictures of my painting.

If you change your mind and after purchasing you wish better the other size of painting, you can request different size of canvas with in 24 hours of purchase and I will refund the remain amount if you wanted smaller size, or to make another listing for payment of additional amount for larger size.

Once you order and complete payment for painting you wanted to be done, I will start with work not later than 7 days of transaction. All orders are from 1-4 weeks. Sometimes happened that it has to dry more than expected. It all depends of paint. On each listing is a note how long will take for completion. If I need more time I will let you know. When you receive a photographs of your new painting, I will wait until you confirm, to make shipment. I can also make some corrections if you request. Than after some minor changes, I will send the photographs of the painting again. People are usually satisfied with final result. But, In case you are not completely satisfied you can request complete refund.
