WARRANTY::: We offer a 6-month warranty on all of our items! REPAIRS::: The repair possibility will be determined on a case by cases bases. If repairs are possible after the 6-month warranty, customers are subjected to service and repair fees. Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go as planned and the package might be returned or refused for whatever reason. In rare cases that the package is being returned to sender, such as the address being incomplete or the buyer denies package. We will be happy to process a refund once the item has been returned to our office. Unfortunately, the shipping cost or a service fee will be deducted from the refund as we would still need to cover the cost of shipping it to you. The cost will be determined by a case by case basis.
