Standard length: 15” + 2” extension chain (17” total length) - will sit roughly around the collarbone for an adult.

As each necklace is handmade to order, we are very flexible with customisations - please let us know in the personalisation box if you would prefer a shorter or longer length and this can be customised at no extra charge.

  The last photo shows the upgraded gift wrap option which includes a faux suede branded pouch, hand-painted watercolour gift note (measures approx 4” x 3”), wrapping paper, and ribbon - all for an additional £4.   

Without the upgraded option, your jewellery will come in an organza pouch. We only use reused, reusable, and recyclable packaging where possible.

REFUNDS
You may return your item within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus our original cost of postage to ship the item to you. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Returns must be sent with a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for any returned items that are lost by the courier.

You may exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with the exchange.

We cannot refund or exchange custom length or personalised orders unless we have made a mistake with the personalisation.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered due to an error in the address provided to us.
