How long does it take to ship my order?

All signs are made to order. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days

How do I hang the sign?

12x18 signs have four holes, one in each corner. 9x12 signs have two holes, one on each side. Most customers hang them with small nails, screws, or command strip hooks.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or altered, a partial refund may be issued depending on its condition. Please note: Personalized signs cannot be returned.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

If your sign arrives damaged, please send us message with a photo and I will happily arrange a replacement.

Custom and personalized orders

If your order includes personalization, please make sure all required information is entered when placing your order. If you would like a section left blank, simply note that when ordering. If any required information is missing, I will contact you through Etsy messages before making the sign. If I do not receive a response requesting missing information, the order may be delayed until I hear back from you.

Some customers request to see a proof before their sign is made. If you request a proof, please keep an eye on your Etsy messages. Your order will not ship until the proof is approved.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. Each sign is individually printed, and small variations can occur.

Are the signs outdoor safe?

Yes. These signs are printed on aluminum and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
