Eligible Returns will be refunded MINUS restocking/shipping costs of 20%. This covers original shipping fees (shipping & upgrades are non refundable), sanitizing of the pieces, and the non refundable fees that etsy charges. Include a note with directions & ship returns/exchanges to the address on the original envelope (or message me for address). Use original packaging or similar. Don't try to ship jewelry in a regular envelope with stamps. (Most of the time it will end up on the floor of a mail sorting facility.) Custom orders are non refundable. Shipping upgrades are non refundable. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt. Requested returns outside of the return window may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of return

A hardshell case has a flocked covering. The shell is hinged to open up, revealing a slot that will hold a single ring. He measures just over 2" long & is 1.75" wide & about 1.5" tall (6x4.5x4cm). The inside space will hold a ring that is 24mm (15/16") high from top to bottom. This is about the size of an American quarter coin. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR RING to confirm it will fit.
