1. Unless otherwise noted, all jewelry in my Shop is plated brass and made with Austrian (SW) Crystal glass rhinestones. I do not work with solid gold or platinum, nor do I work with gemstones.

3. All items in my Shop have been photographed by me under LED lighting. This is to show the fullest potential of the crystals. Crystal rhinestones react to the light that is available in the room they are in, so they will absolutely look lighter or darker based on their environment. And while I do my very best to photograph and film the color accurately, please note that computer monitors and phone screens can have different settings that may alter the photos in my listings.
4. As my return/exchange policy states, I do NOT accept returns or offer refunds. I accept exchanges only within 30 days of product delivery. When doing an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to me, including the cost of shipping. You can do one exchange, at a similar price point as the originally ordered item.
