Can I make changes to my custom order once it has been submitted and paid for?

Upon receiving your custom order, I will provide an estimated completion time frame. Adding elements to your designs usually isn't a problem. Since I am stamping into metal, I cannot rearrange words/designs I've already stamped into the metal. If you contact me within 24 hours of order submission, I am more likely to be able to accommodate your change request. PLEASE CHECK FOR MY RESPONSE TO YOUR CHANGE REQUEST. I may need to obtain clarification and confirm your request. If I do not receive a response/confirmation from you within 1 week, your order will be made according to the details you originally submitted at checkout. This enables me to order any additional materials needed for fulfilling your order in a timely manner.
