It was not what I expected

I was told privately by the buyer that she thought it was too expensive..my only question is...why did you purchase it then? The buyer also mentioned that she thought the listing was for 6 tins, however the first line of the description is.."this listing is for ONE tin. She purchased 4. She could have not purchased at any time. This one star review does not reflect the service she received. It reflects her lack of understanding the description that clearly states she will be receiving ONE tin.
