CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, contact us with the correct address as soon as possible.

The package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 7-8 weeks from the posting date and tracking does not work. We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.

Most of our productions are organic cotton material. We would prefer you to wash your clothes or accessories by hand, we know you are busy, so you can wash it on a gentle cycle of 30 degrees in the washing machine. But no tumble dry.

If the item is not returned in its original condition - it must be in all tags and unused - we can't accept it. If we do not accept the package, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping.
