📦 Shipping & Delivery

Your order is prepared with great care and love within 3–5 business days and shipped in secure, protective packaging. Since my products are handmade and delicate, I mostly ship via FedEx Express. Small packages may sometimes be sent via USPS. Although rare, items may arrive damaged during shipping. In such cases, I will happily resolve the issue together with you. Your satisfaction is my top priority 💕 If your package arrives damaged, I will need an official “damage report” from your shipping office to claim the shipping cost from the carrier. Your support with this helps the process go smoothly 🙏 Shipping times may vary depending on the country and carrier, but I always try to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

All items are handmade, so slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. For non-damaged items, you may request a return or exchange. Please note that I can refund the product cost only, excluding shipping fees. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return/exchange requests should be made within 14 days of delivery. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, failure to receive it at your location, or similar reasons, unfortunately, I cannot refund the order. Extra shipping and customs fees apply for packages returned from your address.

🎨 Customization & Gift Options

The wall keychain featuring Tropical Toucan Bird and Monstera Leaves has a stylish and attractive appearance. It is the most beautiful form of handcraftsmanship with green monstera leaves and Tropical Toucan, which I shaped and painted entirely by hand on a wooden MDF board. With its decorative colorful style of Tropical Beach House, Country House, you can use it at the entrance of your home, in your kitchen, in your office, wherever a keychain is needed.
It could be a perfect housewarming gift. It would be a nice choice to give unique gifts to your mother, friend, neighbor or colleague. It can be a sweet surprise for your loved ones on their birthday, housewarming gift or any day of the year.

The shape of the sign is rectangular horizontal and has 5 metal hooks. (You can choose hooks colors from the list.)

Dimensions:
Height: 15cm
Width: 25cm

Material: There are figures hand-shaped with ceramic paste, fixed to the sign on the wooden MDF board. Personalization letters are hand written with acrylic paint. All details are 100% handmade.
It has hooks on 2 sides for hanging on the wall with nails. (I especially used 2 hooks because when hung with a single hook in the middle, it becomes unstable and slides left and right.) I hope you enjoy using it.

High Quality: Our wood MDF sign decor is coated with non-toxic varnish for years of protection.
