What is your delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 1-2 days from receipt of order. See individual listings for more information. Custom bespoke orders may take longer depending on the requirement and we will advise on how long your order will take to produce once we have all the details.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of any non-personalised items providing they are returned in the same condition as sent, unused, and at the buyer's cost. All refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items. We are unable to accept returns for any bespoke, custom, or personalised items.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition however, due to the fragile nature of some of our products some damage in transit may occur. Please ensure that any damage to your order is reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods and supporting photographs of the damage are provided. Replacement goods will then be sent to you within 1-3 days. Custom bespoke orders may take longer depending on the requirement.

My item hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?

Your order should arrive with you within 1-2 days of despatch (standard UK addresses) Please note that your delivery may be delayed for reasons which are beyond our control. Shipping and mail industries continue to be affected by seasonal peaks in demand, and any planned industrial strike action may affect delivery times. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of despatch, please contact us and we will help to resolve the issue.

Why do my wooden blanks have burnt edges?

Our wooden blanks are laser cut using state-the-art equipment. The heat generated by the laser during the cutting process can cause slight scorch marks on certain types of wood. Whilst every effort is made to remove the scorch marks prior to despatch we cannot guarantee that every wooden piece will be completely free of marks. Any marks can be easily removed with fine sandpaper or covered by paint and varnish

I can’t find the shape or product I need, do you produce custom bespoke products?

We are more than happy to produce bespoke products that fit your project's requirements. Simply get in touch with a brief description of what you need and let us take care of the rest.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I request a specific font when personalising products?

We understand that you may want the font to match your theme or wedding stationery and are more than happy to use specific fonts. Please let us know what font you require, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note additional costs will apply if we have to purchase the font.

Do you provide a visual mock-up of personalised items prior to production?

We always recommend that you request a visual mock-up when ordering personalised, custom, bespoke products. You can then check you are 100% happy with how your products will look before they go into production. All visual mock-ups are supplied free of charge in PDF format and sent to you via messages or email for you to approve.
