How do the templates work?

For CORJL: Access your template just after purchase with Corjl.com. 1. You will receive an email from Corjl.com with a link to access your template. 2. Make your desired changes to the template, save your work, and download. 3. Print anywhere. For CANVA: Click the link in the provided PDF file that is available immediately with your purchase. 1. There is NOT an email that you will receive, you will access this file directly through your Etsy purchases. 2. Make your desired changes to the template in Canva, save your work, and download. 3. Print anywhere.

TEXT: Text included in the template can be edited to your liking. The wording, font, font color, and placement can be edited. ARTWORK: Most artwork is locked and cannot be resized or moved. Try the demo link to see what is editable in your template of choice! -- *Demo link only available for Corjl templates* BACKGROUND: Color can be changed on most templates or utilize my "Backgrounds" tab to find a background that fits your needs. IMAGES: Add your own images Some templates are two sided. If yours is not, you are able to add a back side and edit it. The size of the template and some artwork may not have the ability to edit.

Can I try the editable template before I buy it?

For Corjl templates, yes! Each editable listing contains a demo link to try the specific template before purchase. All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version. However, you will not be able to save or download the template while using the demo. Canva templates do not have a demo feature but are very easy to edit!

Paper recommendations

For best results, you can print on a thick cardstock paper (80 - 110 lb recommended) or photo paper and set your print quality to Best or Photo Quality. Most home printers should be able to manage at least 90lb card, but please check your printer's specification.

Do you offer customizations?

Sorry, I am not not currently offering customizations to items currently listed in the shop or new design requests. Please read the item description carefully before purchase, try the demo in the description, and seek clarification before purchase.

There are several printing options you can consider: 1) Print at Home 2) Copy center such as Staples, OfficeMax or FedEx Office 3) Local print shop 4) Photo lab such as Walgreens, Costco or mpix.com

Cancellations and Returns

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of instant digital templates, refunds/exchanges cannot be issued once the order has gone through. Please thoroughly read the description and try the demo before purchase to ensure it's a perfect fit for your needs. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact me. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: I do not offer refunds or returns on handmade physical items in my shop. I track all of my packages to their destinations and am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages that are out of my control and in the hands of USPS. Please contact me if your item is lost or damaged (with photo evidence in the packaging) and we will communicate to resolve the situation.
