"I have tried these seeds from other sellers with no success.
I tried a new method that gave me heavy germination.
1) The seeds were in the freezer for 4 weeks,
2) I got a small fruit cup and drilled small holes in the bottom and filled with seed starting material;
3) I sprinkled the seeds on the soil, tamped them in a put a dusting of soil on top;
4) I sprinkled the top lightly with cinnamon to deter mold/algea, etc.
5) Covered with plastic wrap;
6) Put in dark for two days;
7) Moved to a sunny window on a HEATING MAT;
8) Germination started in TEN DAYS!
9) Poked holes in the plastic to let them breathe,
10) Watered from the bottom by setting in a dish of water;
11) Removed plastic entirely after about 10-12 days;
11) Transplanted into small plants to start maturing".

(Me) Thank-you for your message and pictures Dear.  First of all... WOW! This is a very Stunning, Wonderful, Big Mama Strawberry plant Dear.  You followed Instructions and kept your "Patience". The reason you have not had any Strawberries to pick yet are the rooters I can see from the pic you took.  Those "Vines" are caller ROOTERS.  You have Rooters growing off of more Rooters even Dear.  The Rooters are Using Up All the Main Plant Energy, instead of being able to produce the Strawberries.  (1) you need a much larger area then just the pot the main plant is in.  (2) Then you should have long ago Snipped off the Rooters as they produced and planted then in another area/pot. ROOTERS are the Main strawberry plant "BABY'S!  The Rooters are Another strawberry plant. If you look close you will even see the tiny Roots on the Roosters.  Just by looking at the Main Plant pictures, I see at least 50-55 Baby's to transplant to more pots or area.  Just cut the Baby's off and place the tiny roots of the (vine as you say) in moist dirt.  You have a very Nice Healthy 50-55 strawberry plants.  You have your work cut out to trans-plant 50-55 Baby's to many many more pots Dear. "I just wanted to let you know how I got the seeds to germinate. I kept the seeds in the freezer about 3 1/2 weeks. I used a small plastic fruit cup I filled with seed starting soil. I sprinkled the seeds on top, gently tapped them in and dusted with the very light amount of soil (soil had already been watered). I then sprinkled cinnamon on the soil to deter any algea or fungus. Covered the container with plastic wrap. Two days in the dark then on a heat mat in a sunny window. 100% germination in 5 days. Very simple FAST method".
