The incredibly soft and versatile Polar fleece raglan sweater is the perfect all-around pullover for your dog. Like all items in my shop, the sweater is made-to-measure to ensure a pawesome fit! Mix and match between several neck styles, sleeve cuts and colours to create the pawfect sweater for your four-legged friend.

1) MEASUREMENTS

Before heading to checkout you can fill out the info in the "Personalisation" section. Please include the following(Photos and further instructions can be found among listing photos):

1) MEASUREMENTS in CM or INCHES

A) Back length
B) Neck circumference (all the way around)
C) Chest circumference (all the way around)
D) Waist circumference (all the way around)
E) Neck length
F) Male cut length (only needed for male dogs)
G) Front leg length
H) Shoulder width

! If no measurements are included the garment will be made as a "standard" size for the size category you've ordered. As the item is made to order it is not returnable. !

2) COLOURS

Colour chart available among listing photos. Please specify up to TWO colours and placement. For example Back/Belly/Neck/Sleeves/Sleeve trim/Body trim. If you do not specify what colours you'd like for the neck, back, belly etc. The exact placement and/or colours will be chosen for you and/or match the first listing photo.

3) BELLY AND NECK CUT EXPLANATION

Please select whether your dog is a female or male. This will determine how long the belly is cut to make sure your male dog does not pee on their sweater

* Turtleneck - Sewn about 1 * the neck length.
* Short rib - A short rib, a couple or a few cm long (longer for larger breeds).
* Long snood - Sewn approx 1,5 * the neck length.

As all items are made-to-measure, you need to order the proper "size category" that your dog fits within. For example, if your dog has a back (Measurement A) that measures 17.7"/45 cm, you need to order the "17.1-20" Back length" size category. The same thing goes for Harnesses but replaces "Back length" with "Chest girth".

Make sure to include any requested info ( measurements, colour choices etc) and I'll have everything I need to make your puppers new custom-fitted gear!

Some differences can occur, for example, colours can
differ from screen to screen. Measurements can deviate +-1 centimetres since all items are made by hand.

No two items sold are exactly alike, everything is handmade and made to order based on the buyers choice of fabrics, materials and colours. We can therefore not offer refunds on such orders.

If you have very specific wishes for an item, for example, the pattern of colour for rope items, please send us a DM and we'll discuss further details.

* Paracord items
Handwash is recommended(soft sponge + lukewarm water) but they can be machine washed. Washing paracord items in a washing machine may make collars and harnesses a little stiff by the paracord knots. Wash with a regular detergent, NO BLEACH, and let air dry, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

* Rope items
To best preserve the dyes we recommend handwashing rope items, preferably spot cleaning. Use lukewarm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge for stubborn stains. Hang to let air dry.

*Clothing items
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Preferably put the clothing item in a washing bag before putting it in your washing machine.

* Wool coats
Handwash only with detergent meant for wool fabrics.

All items are made based on your provided details from each order. Please double-check all provided information as Happy Pooch is not responsible for inaccurate order details.

If nothing else has been discussed per email before the order has been placed, the order will be made based on the measurements and other customization options provided by the customer. If you have specific wishes as to how your dog's new gear should be sewn, please contact us before placing your order.

If an item does not fit correctly, please get in touch within 2 days of you receiving your order. Shipping and material costs associated with having the item altered is the responsibility of the customer.
