Please add the initials you want embroidering into the personalisation box and double check the spelling and letter case is correct as we will embroider exactly what you enter. The bigger the item the more letters we can embroider and the bigger they will be. The more letters you use the more we will have to scale them down to fit. If you have a specific request, contact us and we can provide a computer generated illustration of how it will look.

We're a small family run business and make this product to order in house. Therefore there's a 3-5 day processing time on top of the couriers delivery time. If you have a particular deadline, contact us and we'll endeavour to meet it.

If you want a different size or colour choice just send a custom-build request with your requirements to get a new price. As a rough guide, typically thread colour changes won't affect the price, however size and fabric changes will.
