2. How quickly will my order ship?

We dispatch most standard orders next working day from the UK. Custom or personalised items may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍. Please note: US customers should contact us before ordering, as new duty rates may apply. We can help find the most cost-effective shipping option.

4. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. Unfortunately, we can’t control these charges.

5. What materials do you use?

All our items are 3D printed in high-quality, eco-friendly plastics such as PLA and TPU. These materials are lightweight, durable, and ideal for everyday use.

6. Are your products safe for children?

Some items (like tools or small parts) are not suitable for young children. Where products are child-friendly (like garden sprinklers or novelty items), we’ll note recommended age ranges in the listing. Always supervise children when using our products.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges on most non-customised items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Personalised/custom orders can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack everything carefully, but if something does arrive damaged, please send us photos and a message right away. We’ll make it right 💪.

9. Can I request a different colour or size than listed?

Absolutely! 🎨 If you don’t see the option you’d like, just message us – we often print in custom colours and can scale designs within practical limits.
