Do you offer quantity discounts ?

Do you cut necklaces per order , special size ?

Yes, each order is made especially for you . We can cut any size you need.

Can you guarantee shipping times?

That depends. For shipments within the US only EXPRESS shipments are guaranteed by USPS with a 1-2 day lead-time. Priority and First Class mail is NOT guaranteed . For International shipments it is not possible to guarantee shipping times as each country has it's own customs procedures which we can not control.

Some of the items I ordered are not in stock , will you partial ship?

If this is the case you will be contacted and given a few options. 1. You can wait for all of the items to be in stock and I they will ship out altogether. 2. We can ship out what we have in stock today and when the rest is in stock you will be notified. You can either order something else and this will add to that shipment or you can pay an additional shipping cost. 3. We can ship out what we have today and refund what is not in stock.

I don't see the item I want , can you source it for me ?

We would love to try ! We are constantly expanding our selection. There are minimum order quantities for some items but always ask us.

Can I return my item if I don't like it ?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for most of our products. Listings will advise what is not refundable. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied , just contact us for return instructions. You will be advised to ship the product back with tracking (no shipping costs will be refunded) ** If you received free shipping , cost of shipping will be deducted from your product refund.

Items are not always in stock but usually if an item is not in stock it will state this in the item details with the approx. due date back to stock. Sometimes limited quantities are available. I also offer backorder ordering which means that the item is not in stock but if you order it you are in line to receive it once it arrives.
