All transactions are final. All orders are custom, handmade to order at the time of purchase. Because each item is made to order and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept resizes, exchanges, returns, cancellations, or refunds. We make our items measurement end to end including the clasp. We allow a .25" variance. Late or lost shipments

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, damage during transit, or customs processing issues. If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, contact your local post office or carrier immediately. My necklace just arrived. As soon as I opened up the box it came in, I immediately put the necklace on. I absolutely love it! The tiny bell on the necklace is adorable. The bell isn’t loud or annoying….it’s actually quiet. I plan on buying more necklaces from this shop. Shipping was quick. The shop owner is very responsive to questions about her jewelry.
