✦ We make sure that the beds are in perfect condition, therefore all parts of the product are polished by hands. The color of the product may be slightly from that shown in the photo and can be lighter or darker because it is made of natural wood.

We provide all required tools for assembling the bed, including manual instruction. The bed is easy and fun to assemble together.

It would take 1-7 business days to prepare and 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
We take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, we will send you a new product.

Great instructions with video to make assembly really easy (did it on my own with a baby crawling around the room!). Finish is really nice, not easily scratched, and the frame is heavy duty and really well built. Nice and stable and it was shipped with lots of padding and wrap to make sure everything arrived in great shape. Super happy we went with Busywood instead of getting a frame from somewhere else.
